Please fill in the support form from the e-mail account you signed up with. We will promptly issue you a new password, or send an e-mail with the old. You MUST use the e-mail account with which you signed up, all other requests will be immediately rejected.

If I cancel, how can I be sure I canceled successfully?
As there are no recurring payments you’ll never need to cancel your membership. Simply uninstall Mandy if you decide you no longer wish to enjoy your virtual girlfriend.

What software do I need on my computer to use HotBot Mandy?
